Foldable smartphones are the buzz of the city from 2020. Samsung, Huawei and Motorola have offered these devices, many companies are in the queue, and now Oppo gets named in such leaks. A Chinese tipster from 'Digital Chat Station' reveals that Oppo is all set to rock with its first rollable device. The company is working on its foldable smartphone and expected to launch as early as April 2021, and latest by June 2021.
Leaked photos have revealed that the handset has a slider display, which on opening, increases the surface area of the screen by around 80%. The design is said to have been showcased by the company in August last year.
Many other specifics have not been revealed yet; it may expect that Oppo will do something unique with its first foldable smartphone. Other manufacturers like Xiaomi, Vivo and Google also expected to launch the foldable phone this year alongside Oppo, but it looks like Oppo will release its device first of all.
