Huawei has silently launched its Huawei Y9s in India. The device main highlight is its motorized popup flaunting a 16MP selfie shooter

Huawei Y9s Design and Display

Huawei Y9s features a glass sandwich design, where both front and back are covered with a Gorilla Glass. The display in Y9s is a 6.59 inches Full HD+ capacitive LCD UNIT, so there is no in-display fingerprint scanner to be found up front. The display is built on the modern 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

For quick authentication, a traditional side-mounted fingerprint is present.

Huawei Y9s SoC

Huawei Y9s comes powered via Octacore Kirin 710F built around 12nm process paired with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

Huawei Y9s Camera and Battery

Huawei Y9s has a tri camera setup at its back composed of a primary 48 MP f/1.8 lens, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 2 MP depth sensor followed by a LED flash.

The battery in Huawei Y9s is 4000 mAh Li-Po unit that comes with a standard 10W charger out of the box.

Huawei Y9s available in two color variants - Breathing Crystal, and Midnight Black is priced INR 19,990 for its only variant having 6GB/128GB memory configuration.
