OnePlus warp charge turns wireless with 30W Peak Output

The latest tweet from Oneplus official has revealed another technology that is going to debut alongside the OnePlus 8 series on April 14.

This time its Warp Charge wireless, named after its leading fast charging technology, capable of providing a peak output of 30W, making it the fastest wireless charging tech of 2020.

Evan from OnePlus Global Product Team added, " when wireless charging was introduced, it was clear that this technology would enhance the OnePlus user experience. But after many tests, we found that it didn't meet the same power standard as offered by our already leading Warp Charge. We decide to continue the development of wireless technology before launching our warp wireless charging unit. We were on the clock and knew that you, our community expected us to deliver an exceptional product.

So now, with the release of the OnePlus 8 series, We are excited to announce the first Warp Charge 30 Wireless."

OnePlus further claims that Warp Charge 30 Wireless is capable of filling 0 to 50% of battery in just half an hour. So OnePlus users can live a more peaceful untangled life with this new OnePlus charging pad.

Pricing and Availability

There is no official word on the pricing of OnePlus Warp Charge 30 Wireless, but I am pretty sure it isn't going to be bundled with OnePlus 8 package. More information about pricing and availability will be revealed at its launch on April 14.
