Motorola Edge S rolled out officially as first Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 Smartphone.

Motorola Edge S 5G claims to be the first Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 smartphone based on Android 11. The phone was launched on 26 January 2021 in China. Built on 1.8GHz octa-core processor the handset is available in two RAM and two storage options- 6GB/8GB and 128GB/256GB. The smartphone offers a 6.7" 90Hz IPS LCD with 2520X1080 resolution. In this handset, the vertical array of the rear cameras, as in Edge and Edge Plus, is now replaced by a cluster of four shooters arranged in a square. The phone is available with a 90Hz refresh rate and support HDR10.

For the 6GB/128GB variant, the phone costs CNY 1,999 (approx Rs 22,500), for the 6GB/256GB variant, the phone costs CNY 2,399 (approx Rs 27,000) and for the 8GB/256GB variant, the phone is priced at CNY 2,799 (approx Rs 31,500).
