Xiaomi to launch a new smartphone with a 200MP sensor: says a report.

Xiaomi is heavily focusing on the camera of its premium smartphones. According to the report, the company is preparing to launch another device with a large camera sensor in the smartphone market soon.

According to a Digital Chat Station report, Xiaomi is currently working on a smartphone with a 200-megapixel camera. Right now, Xiaomi is offering a smartphone with a camera of up to 108 megapixels.

Regarding Xiaomi's 200-megapixel camera, it is being said that the company will use the sensor developed by Samsung in it. Recently, a popular leakster @Iceuniverse had informed that Samsung is thinking of launching an innovative sensor this year under its ISOCELL category, and it could be 200-megapixel with 0.64-micron pixel.

Apart from the 200-megapixel camera sensor, the company is also working on a 600-megapixel sensor. The company said last year that it might take a few years to commercialize this sensor. However, there is a load of excitement among users about smartphones with 200-megapixel sensors, and they are eagerly waiting for them.
