The Realme V20 5G comes with a 6.5-inch LCD display with a teardrop notch. The slim HD+ display has a resolution of 1600x720 pixels and a front camera sensor. The new affordable phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 CPU, 4GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage. The Dynamic RAM Expansion function, which utilizes free storage to improve overall speed, is the standout feature. The Realme V20 5G is based on the Dimensity 700 processor. It contains eight processing cores with a frequency of up to 2.2 GHz, an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 graphics accelerator, and a 5G modem.

It has a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Its rear-facing dual-camera unit has a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 0.3-megapixel secondary lens.
