Today is the day when Realme announced its first phone of 2021. Realme V15 5G, previously called Realme Koi, comes with Android 10 based Realme UI 1. However, the company assured to give Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 soon.
Processor- Realme V15 5G launched with octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset paired with Mali-G57 MC3.
Charging- The phone supports 50W fast charging, which means that it can fully charge the phone in just half an hour. It contains a 4310 mAh non-replaceable battery with a USB Type-C port.
Display- The smartphone features a 6.4"(16.26 cm) full HD + AMOLED screen made by Samsung. The screen resolution is 1080x2400 pixels with a pixel density of 411ppi. As claimed by the brand, the screen to body ratio is 90.8%, and the refresh rate is 60 Hz.
Camera- It provides triple (64+8+2) MP Rear cameras (64 MP f/1.8, Wide Angle primary camera; 8 MP f/2.3, Ultra-Wide Angle camera; 2 MP f/2.4, Macro camera), and there is a single 16 MP punch-hole camera for selfie lovers. The image resolution of the primary camera is 9000 x 7000 pixels, and it features autofocus, digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, and touch to focus.
Storage- The phone is available in 6 GB RAM with 128 GB internal memory and USB OTG support. It also comes with 8 GB RAM. Note that there is no expandable memory.
Design- Realme V15 comes with a dimension of 160.9 mm x 75.1 mm x 8.1 mm. It weighs 176 gms. The phone is available in three colors- Crescent silver, Mirror lake blue, and Koi.
The smartphone has a specific feature of the fingerprint sensor. The phone will be available for sale in China from 14 January, and the company is giving the chance to win the Koi Blessing lottery for the first 100,000 buyers. The price of the phone starts at CNY 1,499(approx Rs 17,000).
