OnePlus fans might have already known this, thanks to the plenty of lead and rumors, but today, OnePlus CEO, Lau has officially confirmed that no OnePlus 8T Pro is coming this fall. The information comes through Pete Lau's Weibo profile, where he has shared details about the launch upcoming Oneplus 8T launch in China. For those who don't know yet, the OnePlus 8T launch event will take place on October 14 at 3 PM IST.

According to Pete Lau, Those who want a flagship OnePlus smartphone, "Pro-level Product" exactly as he mentioned, should opt for the 6 months old OnePlus 8 Pro - the annual flagship of the company.

It's a piece of good news indeed. One top product annually makes much more sense, especially as a buyer. You won't have to live with the fact that you own an old flagship, which isn't even a fucking single year old.

Anyways, there are still many awesome things to look forward to other than OnePlus 8T Pro. According to Pete Lau, OnePlus is possibly going to launch a wireless earphone, a smartwatch, and an all-new OnePlus Nord smartphone, which may or may not be sold exclusively to the USA. Not to mention, OnePlus 8T will be the starlight of the show with its 65W fast charger, and possibly an all-new back design, only if rumors are true, which usually are, but that's the topic for some other day. So, See you on October 14.
