It looks like the long-awaited successor to the legendary POCO F1 ( budget-flagship that defined a new segment of the smartphone with its leading specs at an implausible price ) is finally ready for takeoff. The latest leak revealed almost everything you need to know about the upcoming POCO flagship.
Poco F2 (rebranded K30 Pro) will feature a traditional glass sandwich design, common among 2020 flagships, with both front and back being covered by gorilla glass for added protection from drops and scratch.
POCO F2 will be available in 4 color variants - Purple, White, Blue, and Gray.
POCO F2 will debut with a top of the line Octacore Snapdragon 865 Chipset, paired with at least 6GB of RAM in its base variant, while the top of the line variant will pack 12GB of RAM and 256GB UFS3.0 internal storage.
POCO F2 will launch with a 6.67 inches notch-less FullHD+ AMOLED Display fitted with a motorized pop-up, sporting a 20MP wide-angle selfie camera. The display will be a 20:9 aspect ration unit, counting to an overall pixel density of 395ppi. For bio authentication, POCO F2 will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
POCO F2 will carry a quad-camera setup at the back consisting of - a primary module of 64MP, a 13 MP Ultrawide lens, a 5MP telephoto doubling as Maco lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
POCO F2 will pack a non-removable Li-Po 4700 mAh battery that will come bundled with a 33W quickCharge+ adapter out of the box.
According to what leak suggests, POCO F2 will launch on MAY 12 through an online event streamable over POCO's official youtube channel. POCO F2 is expected to carry a price tag of INR 47,000 ( $ 620 ), with this POCO F2 is unlikely to follow the trend, set by the Pocophone F1 - a mid-range smartphone with a flagship processor
